Teikyo University has a well-developed welfare system so that employees can work with peace of mind. Social insurance, various leave, various allowances, childcare / long-term care leave, and shortened working hours related to childcare / long-term care have been established. In addition to this, we are fully equipped with a property accumulation savings system, a funded mutual aid pension that supplements the public pension, various insurance systems that offer group discounts on insurance premiums, and subsidies for human dock consultation costs.

paid holidays You can take 20 days of paid leave a year from the date of employment. The leave that could not be taken can be carried over to the next year up to 20 days each year.
Special paid leave You can take 5 days of marriage leave and bereavement leave (10 to 1 day depending on the relationship).
Various social insurance We are fully equipped with health insurance, welfare pension, employment insurance, and workers' accident compensation insurance.
Housing allowance We pay 28,000 yen every month.

Reduced working hours You can work shorter hours until the child you are raising is 3 years old. (Example: 9:00 to 16:00)
Cannot be used in combination with childcare leave. In addition, there is a reduced working hours system for long-term care.
Recreation facility With the membership-based welfare service, accommodation facilities, resort facilities, sports facilities, etc. nationwide can be used at special rates.

Career Course

Teikyo University offers two courses for administrative staff: the Staff Course and the Management Course.
The Staff Course is a course in which you are responsible for the smooth running of your organization through administrative tasks and improvement work in your affiliated organization. Grades range from S1 to S5. S3 and above are expected to contribute by utilizing in-depth knowledge and skills in a specific field. The Management Course is a course in which you are responsible for organizational management aimed at achieving business plans and organizational goals, as well as leading cross-disciplinary and cross-organizational initiatives. Grades range from M3 to M9. Employees in the Management Course are trained as future management talent and candidates for managerial positions.

Career path image

First, students will take the staff course and gain experience in multiple tasks, allowing them to grow into fully-fledged employees. After that, after discussing with the university and the student, those who wish to further increase their expertise will progress to a higher level in the staff course. On the other hand, those who are considered to have the qualities of management personnel and who are expected to play an active role in management positions in the future will progress to the management course.
In addition, for S3 and M3 levels and above, it is possible to switch between the two courses if certain conditions are met.
