Master's Program Division of Management
4 courses to start your career The master's program offers four courses to support students' career plans. Students study introductory subjects such as information processing basic exercises and statistics special lectures common to the four courses, and basic subjects such as macro / microeconomics and bookkeeping theory special lectures to solidify basic skills related to business administration. After that, each subject will be studied through specialized educational guidance in each course.
MBA course We aim to train business elites who will be responsible for revitalizing companies that must have an advantage in the era of great international competition. We have prepared a curriculum that reflects the needs of companies and society so that we can respond to sudden changes in the business environment.
Accounting system [A / B] course It is divided into two courses, Accounting System / A and Accounting System / B. Those who do not wish to be exempted from the tax accountant examination course will study in Course A, and those who wish to study in Course B. Both courses train "accountants as specialists" who can respond to the sophistication of accounting systems and changing social needs.
Information management course Along with acquiring the information processing technology necessary for management decision-making, we will train specialized staff who can design systems with the aim of building a new business model.
Tourism management course We aim to acquire the ability to create businesses that will realize further development by becoming familiar with the problems facing the tourism industry. We train human resources who can take on advanced tourism management that exceeds the level of the bachelor's degree (Faculty of Economics, Department of Tourism Management).

For Accounting system B course
From fiscal year 2019, the Accounting System B Course in the Graduate School of Economics Division of Management offers courses related to tax law and accounting for working adults aiming to become tax accountants at Teikyo University Kasumigaseki Campus. Classes start at 18:15 on weekdays, so students can go to Graduate School while working.
Opening hours Weekdays (Monday to Friday) 6th period (18:15-19:45) and 7th period (19:50-21:20)
* Saturday 1st period (9: 00-10: 30) and 2nd period (10: 45-12: 15) are required to take classes offered at the Hachioji Campus.
Courses opened at Kasumigaseki Campus "Financial Statement Special Lecture I / II" "Financial Statement Analysis Special Lecture" "Tax Accounting Special Lecture" etc. In addition, working adults can use the Entrance examination for working adults.
* Classes will not be held at Hachioji Campus from 2024. All classes will be held at Kasumigaseki Campus. There is a mention of Saturday classes in the course registration pattern, but this will not be available from 2024.
Grades are issued on the portal site every semester (or at the end of the academic year for students enrolled only in year-round courses). However, the final grades (pass or fail) for Master's Program (2nd year, 4th semester) and Doctoral Program (3rd year, 6th semester) will be handed out at the university. The number of credits required to complete is 30 credits.
As a general rule, be sure to take and acquire "Business Administration Exercise I / II" (2 credits each) offered by your academic advisor in the 1st year and "Business Administration Exercise III" (4 credits throughout the year) in the 2nd year.
Please consult with your academic advisor to decide whether to submit your master's thesis or specific research by the time you submit the application for the title dissertation until the 2nd year.
Duplicate courses of the same subject are not allowed.
In the 1st year, there is a limit of 12 credits for 6 subjects per semester.
Compleation of the program is attained by satisfying the required number of credits and passing the examination of the master's thesis or specific subject research.
Accounting system / B course
The number of credits required to complete is 30 credits.
The compulsory subjects are "Accounting Exercise I" (4 credits throughout the year) in the 1st year year, and "Accounting Exercise II" (4 credits throughout the year) in the 2nd year.
Duplicate courses of the same subject are not allowed.
In the 1st year, there is a limit of 12 credits for 6 subjects per semester.
When you take the neseccary credits and pass the thesis examination, you will complete.
[Doctoral Program ]
The number of credits required to complete is 16 (including 8 or more exercises).
As a general rule, take special research and exercises for two consecutive years under your academic advisor.
Credits for similar subjects acquired in the master's program or in the master's program will be included in the number of credits required for completion, up to a maximum of 4 credits.
Completion of the program is attained by satisfying the required number of credits and passing the doctoral dissetation examination.
Even if the required number of credits is fulfilled, failure to submit or fail to pass the doctoral dissertation will result in dismissal from the program at the end of the term.
